Hotel turned out to be exceptionally clean and the breakfast option was delicious. The staff were excellent, thanks to them everything was good. The deluxe queen room suited us: it had a laptop-size safe, a minibar, and an electronic key card. The food was local and we loved the variety. Location: the venue was so close to the riverside, the Old Town and the highest rated restaurants on Tripadvisor. The view was exceptional, the service was top-notch.

It definitely exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to others.

The rooms at Pearl River Hoi An Hotel & Spa are beautifully furnished, giving off a cozy and welcoming vibe. As a guest with disabilities, I felt comfortable and at ease in the room's well-thought-out layout and accessibility features.

Personally, I found the partially open bathrooms with bathtubs or showers to be a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that others might enjoy this feature.

We also enjoyed the outdoor patio by the riverside. the location was also great, with easy access to the center and free bikes provided by the hotel.
